La Bien Aparecida, patrona de Santander y de Cantabria, es el nombre del restaurante Paco Quirós. Local de un bellísimo diseño y de una gran calidez, incorpora a los platos tradicionales y modernos que tanta fama le han dado a Paco Quirós, un apartado de alta cocina rabiosamente innovadora, que lleva la firma de José de Dios. Joven chef forjado con Michel Bras, que mantiene continuos intercambios de información y estancias en el restaurante del que en su día fuese el número uno del mundo.

La Bien Aparecida, patron saint of Santander and Cantabria, is the name of the restaurant Paco Quirós. A place with a beautiful design and great warmth, incorporating the traditional and modern dishes that have made Paco Quirós so famous, a section of rabidly innovative haute cuisine, which bears the signature of José de Dios.
